this week, we are fostering gratefulness with @chilibeany, as we work on one of our simple ideas for 2019, showing appreciation daily. and here is what I'm thankful for today : for the people around me who believe in me even when they don't understand me, the people who try to understand me no matter what I throw at them, and yes, I'm grateful for the wonderful souls who keep me sane despite my haywire brain... through their laughter and little moments of joy. It's a simple way to practice mindfulness each day before you head out into the rat race of your field.
