You know those songs you make a music video in your head to and always say you'll storyboard but never do?
Sometimes, it's actually quite nice to make those videos. (even if you only do half because frankly, the song is longer than you remember ^^;)
Dr. Sydnee McElroy co-host of Sawbones along with her husband Justin McElroy (the oldest member of the infamous Mcelroy brothers) teaching people how to wear cloth masks since the CDC now recommends wearing face coverings when you have to leave your home.
Some very good episodes of Sawbones
Mr. Reich’s Sexbox -- That fact about Albert Einstein still haunts me to this day.
Medical Cannibalism -- Can’t find any mummies? Learn why!
Vaccines -- Because I love Sydnee McElroy, and how passionate she is. It’s also a very important episode.
The Goat Testicle Solution -- It’s a weird one. Good, but…weird.
Hygiene -- A really interesting episode, because of how we view hygiene and medical care today.
The Seasick-Proof Saloon -- I almost died from choking because of eating while listening to this one.
Poop -- Do I need to explain??
Santa is Sick -- Or as I like to call it: “Justin has a meltdown because of Santa’s health”
The Clap -- It is SO GROSS and I love it.
The Moon -- I might be biased because I was the one who recommended this topic to Sydnee and Justin, but it is perfect ammunition to use on my relatives who believe in this stuff.
Medical Illustration -- Super interesting, and a part of medical history that not many people think about.
Of course all episodes of Sawbones are brilliant. I mean, there is a reason why I’ve re-listened to each of them at least three times. (Except for the ones about worms. I cant fucking stand worms.)
But these are some of my faves, and the list was getting to long to include all of them lol
drew some chibis of the PCs from the Masks: A New Generation game I've been running for my good time pals
last night's Masks game was fun. Two player characters impromptu exchanged phone numbers. And then immediately after being fired by her mentor, one came crying to the other on the phone
