Concept: Sylvani and the Rumpus Cat were Protectors-in-training when Old Deuteronomy himself was the Lead Protector, and whenever he couldn’t be at the Junkyard in person, he trusted them with teaching Munkustrap everything else he needed to know. To this day, they’re both still members of Munkustrap’s team since they have no plans on slowing down anytime soon, and he’s never had anything but respect and admiration for both of them. Rumpus has his own song that Munk was proud to perform one year, but sometime in the future he wants to create one in Sylvani’s honor, too...

I made myself a new icon of Vani! It took way longer than it should have, but I have my art block and this ridiculous Sylvari hairstyle to thank for that. XD I also really tried to shade and/or color her but:
Vani is literally SO BRIGHT now, shadows do not exist on her!! XD But really I’m so stinking pleased with how she looks and how bright she is, and that’s even without her snowflakes shoulders showing. That really is what she looks like in-game, no editing, and I LOVE it. <3 I have some thank-you-art to do now that I’ve finally make something come out of my tablet, however simple, and then back to commissions! o/
