#I can't stop grinning at the massage table one#his long goshdang face extends so far through the head rest#a dog stalactite#it's almost like those blindfolds people put on horses to keep them calm in a stressful and potentially frightening situation#maybe that's why he's so relaxed#he's not a fan of being touched and being insufficiently clothed also tends to freak him out a little#which is unfortunate because I have no doubt he would benefit from some massage#just put a horse mask on him it'll be fine#aw dang he's so happy ;-; the tail!#this has nothing to do with anything but it's been kind of an internal rule of mine that Machete should never wear anything blue#and Vasco shouldn't be seen in red#so it's weirdly uncanny seeing him wearing such a mellow teal hue#thank you! this is very much making me want to do some spa sketches myself#gift art#sylveons-emo-phase#Machete#own characters#also coincidentally this somehow unearthed a dormant and forgotten childhood fear of mine#I can't really look at people wearing cucumber slices on their eyes without getting heebie jeebies#and it's because of this brand of face masks called 7th Heaven that I used to see in stores when I was little#it's the packaging it's got these models with a bunch of flowers and fruit arranged on their eyes#I don't have that bad of a trypophobia but it's activating the exact same disgust/fear response#which is probably not the intended reaction when you try to sell a skincare product you put on your face#random tangent but it was such an unexpected aha moment#edit: apparently it's recommended to avoid drinking alcohol 12-48 hours after a massage#it dehydrates you and can make you dizzy more sore and give you a hangover#his baseline tolerance is abysmally low as is so if he's finishing that wine#he's going to be abnormally lax and chipper and at ease at first and have somewhat bad time tomorrow
