IT'S FINALLY DONE.

okay, so.

This ref took

AGES

to get done. It's been a long time coming, but this is my (current, until I decide to sit down and make another one. ...which won't be for a while LOOOL) persona reference! And by a long time coming, I do mean a long time coming. This bad boy's WIP has seen the rise and fall of friendships, it has seen the struggles I went through during the last couple of years and has cackled at me mockingly from the corner. Dude it even lasted up until I get my ADHD diagnosis and saw me get on medication. It lasted until I got a job doing commissions for other people (which I can't post here because it's stuff like.. Business logos and business cards and things like that, which is surprisingly good money, actually. And.. Other types of commissions, actually.) AND YET. It's done. I can finally say I finished it, and that my sona ref is complete. which means you will probably be seeing a lot more art from me in the coming future — hopefully faster than this one was made. I have a couple of things planned for my DND character for this one group I'm currently in and some art pieces planned for this persona. And who knows, I might start doing commissions from here soon. That'd be great, actually. Need to make myself a logo and custom invoice first though...

Anyway, as for anyone drawing this ref, as a note: You don't have to draw it exact, and you don't have to draw all those details. Hell, you don't even gotta draw it in the same outfit. Just make sure you follow the rest of his appearance and I'll consider it as artwork for my persona :] AND WITH THAT. I HAVE ONCE MORE RETURNED TO TUMBLR. .....in a couple of weeks because I gotta finish a logo commission for a company and a business card or two.

OH and there's some individual parts to this that I'll post right now, but they'll be pretty obvious when you see them. :]

Bro so I have been informed that Shinigami Eyes has grown to be really inaccurate because of people coming in and adding false flags for both positive and negative. So, out of curiosity, you guys should reblog this if you're a safe space for trans people or are a safe trans person! (And maybe get some free follows and stuff idk ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Might be cool) Note: You should not reblog this if you think that trans men do not suffer the same amount of issues, if you think trans men should stay out of discussions about rights for trans people or reproductive or other rights, if you think someone has to be binary (he/him or she/her) to be transsexual, if you believe that someone has to has dypshoria to be trans, if you believe that trans women or men should be content to be abused by society or peers because they are transitioning to the other gender, if you think xenogenders or intersex people cannot be trans, etc.

bro I find the weirdest things when I clean... Today's finds, left by the previous occupants of my family's rental: - Cherry Red Hair dye?? But not like a bottle or anything, just STAINS LEFT ON MY WALLS FROM IT AAUSUHHGHHH if anyone has any ideas on how to get dye stains out of plastic that'd be appreciated. - A smudge stick of white sage under my sink?? But not like in the cabinet area?? Literally under my sink? (??? why?? the previous occupants were white. People make me confused) - A set of three connected rings. Which I found out were Borromean rings. ...I'm keeping these, the mathmatical concept behind them is cool, so they're mine now. Gotta figure out how to display them.. - A sun catcher! That was stuck on a part of the giant drain in my bathroom that's in the floor. ...I honestly wish I could say it was easy to get this out but it really wasn't? And it kept getting caught on the drain itself. Have no idea how it got there. from this I can only conclude that the previous resident was doing things that they had to very hurriedly hide from their parents. Or whoever else was living in this house with them. (Which does not surprise me because we have also found trace catholic items left behind by the previous resident so) and decided to shove it all under the sink and then forgot about it. but it's so weird how tiny little traces of the person who used to live here make me go "oh huh. There were other people here at one point." Where was I going with this? Idk the adderall has all but worn off bye

also side note GOD DAMN i love being able to make Milk tea at home. I don't add boba (texture issue) but the milk tea... And it's so cheap, man, I pay like 40 bucks to get two different flavors every three months and it lasts me THE ENTIRE THREE MONTHS. It's great. I get to have milk tea every day. Highly recommend it if you want to drink Milk tea a lot.

Here's the other little chibi from my persona's ref! I really thought about doing a third and a fourth but tbh I kinda was running out of steam by the time I got to the one I'm using for my avatar, so... This one actually came first in the set and was the first time in a long time I've drawn this style of chibi? I really liked it as I was doing it. There was something so silly about the pose that I was referencing that just made the whole thing look cute. As you can see, I didn't add the tail to this piece! Mostly because, again, I thought it made it too busy, but I also just couldn't figure out how to chibi-fy those bones... Oh well, I will experiment with that more in the future.

SO. This is my new avatar for this website, and it's kinda cute (I think so anyway, and I'm not open to hearing otherwise /silly) I liked doing this one a lot and it only took me a handful of days because I have things like.. Chores and stuff. There's not much to say about this one besides the fact that the rainbow effect in the hair WAS NOT EASY. I played around with that for like three hours before I decided I liked where it was at and that it was good enough.

It's also an example of how you don't have to follow the ref's outfit exactly because like... I left off the leather jacket in this one. I just thought it made the whole thing way too busy for this piece, and I liked the thought of it being more... "casual" type deal, y'know?

..and I just realized the teeth from the chibi in the other image are a different color. Can you tell I was indecisive on that front?
