I don't think it should be necessary for me to state how much I fucking despise r/systemscringe and similar communities and forums. What do they even think is so good about what they're doing? They actively hunt down traumatised minors on the internet, post their screenshots and publicly shame them until they are too scared to be active anymore. They fakeclaim anyone and everyone who doesn't precisely conform to their exact definition of what a plural should be - which is ironic since the majority of them are not plural. Everything they say seems to contradict itself, it's hard to tell what they think a system can be/have. I wouldn't be surprised if they decided systems weren't real altogether.
It's like
High alter count? fake
Low alter count? fake
Positive, healthy relationship with alters? fake
Negative, unhealthy relationship with alters? fake
Traumagenic? faking trauma to harm traumatized victims
Endogenic? faking a disorder, even though they never claimed to have it
Tulpagenic? cultural appropriation.
Enjoys problematic media? oh god they can't have interests!!! They *must* be faking
Stereotypically cringe/2020core? fake.
Basic person(people) functioning in life and working a job? fake.
Struggling to function properly? fake.
Stuck living with abusers/still being abused? fake.
Easily triggered? fake.
Hardly ever triggered? fake.
Vivid memories of trauma? fake.
No memories of trauma? fake.
Mixed origin? fake.
Undiagnosed DID/OSDD? fake.
Diagnosed DID/OSDD? fake.
Minor? fake. (which is odd, considering DID is known to form in early childhood)
Adult? fake.
Had more than one account of trauma/abused by more than one person? fake.
Ritually abused? fake.
Abused sexually/verbally/emotionally, neglected, gaslit or manipulated (any form of abuse besides or alongside physical)? fake
They are hypocrites.

You are not bad for being plural.
Your existence cannot be misinformation, something you personally experience cannot be misinformation, talking about yourself and your experience with plurality is not spreading misinformation.
You are not ableist for how you experience yourself and plurality. How you experience plurality cannot be inherently ableist. People's bad faith interpretation of your multiplicity does not reflect your real beliefs or actions.
The plural tags are for all plurals. Posting in the plural tags as a plural person is not "invading" or "infiltrating" tags. As long as you aren't posting in CDD specific tags like DID you are not doing anything wrong.
You are not bad for being plural.
The thing no one talks about in in-sys relationships (of all kinds) is that, most of the time, it means you can die at the same time.
Like, you know how people say that usually someone dies first, so one of you is doomed to grieve the other and live without them? Unless you die in some kind of disaster and both go out at once.
But dying at the same time is usually the default for alters, unless you die in-system in some way. We're all going out together. No one's left behind.
I find that comforting.
other people just existing cannot and do not invalidate your experiences. whether that's mspec gays/lesbians, endo systems, mogai identities, anything like that.
people existing as themselves does not make you "invalid"
