Dinner at Asaba
This dinner was absolutely luxury and delicious.
Yesterday's breakfast@ Asaba Ryokan The freshly grilled shiitake mushrooms were excellent.

There were some large carp, but it seemed like there were fewer of them than last year.

The food is not gorgeous, but it goes without saying that the ingredients are good and the soup stock is wonderful.
It was not a gorgeous breakfast, but it was a sophisticated breakfast and the taste was so good.
ASABA
It's been about 15 years since I visited Asaba.
In this ryokan, you can get rid of all the extra stuff and spend some time surrounded by only the last remaining really good stuff.
