Finally found a farmiliar time period, progress.” He put his feet down and rested his arms on the desk at the last part, honestly he expected more question’s at his reply. At the moment though he didn't much care though; his sister, Mick and the other Legends were his main concern. Even if he wasn't entirely sure if Lisa had even been told about his death. “So, what have my sister and partner been up to since my valiant sacrifice?”

“It was that easy Elisa! You could have come back at any time, but you stayed away. I could have gotten Lisa out sooner-gotten all of us out sooner if I didn’t have to worry about leaving her with him alone.” He was happy that his sister was here now and okay, there was no doubt about it. But there was also no doubt that he was bitter about how long she had been gone, how long him and Lisa had been left to assume the worst.

“I told you I don’t want to talk about it Elisa, I’m fine.” Leonard didn’t even try to push his sister away, just gave her a death glare as his stub hand stayed pushed securely into his coat pocket.

Panic attacks, they were something that he thought that he'd left behind in his teen years. After their grandfather had gotten custody of him and Lisa both had gone into therapy, he'd gotten past them and rarely had one. Since gaining his powers and having thought he'd lost Mick they'd come back, even now that Mick was back they still hadn't gone away totally. At least once every few weeks one would show up, and though they were becoming fewer his powers presented a problem with them.

Not always, but sometimes when he had one he would have ice chunks start to build up in his hands and the air temperature around him would start to drop well things touching him would freeze. Since Mick had been back he was able to help with that, his own power's helped to cancel out Len's when they got out of control during an episode. It was for that reason that he let the frige door slam shut and called for Mick between breaths as he let himself slide to the floor so that he wouldn't fall if he got too light headed from the heavy breathing.

"Leo stop. I'm fine. Go check on Lisa or something," Elisa snapped and pushed past Len heading for the door. It may have been the first time their dad had hit her, but Elisa didn't want to show it bothered her. Lisa had witnessed it. She should be getting comfort.

“Lisa’s fine. I told her to not come out of her room until I come for her, now let me see.” Leonard was notoriously stubborn when it came to either of his sister’s well being, it was obvious he wasn’t going to drop this until she let him check the damage Lewis had inflicted on her. And if he was entirely honest, he was one more outburst away from sneaking them both away from this house–but he still needed to save more money to be able to feasibly do that.

Leonard couldn't help the small roll of his eyes, he hadn't meant anything negative about himself with the comment---but he had half expected Mick's reply to it. He'd only been speaking the truth, compared to some of the new young geniuses that Harrison Well's seemed to be seeking out he wasn't even near one of the top engi- neers at Star Labs. Still, he was working on a new project that would be helpful for both of them in channeling their new powers better.

"Oh no, you’ve seen through my ingenious plan, I guess that I'm not the criminal mastermind I th- ought I was. I’ll just have to stick to my day job t- hen, a life of crime and mayhem is off the table.”

He leaned his head so that his cheek touched against Mick’s, a small hum of content slipping out. He’d missed this the most, these small touches that could only be desc- ribed as domestic moments between the two. It was nice to have this again, even just this moment of pulling Mick away from his chores for some them time.

“And if something happens and I need it without the time to mess with it?”

He didn’t like leaving his gun half done; if he was going to take the time to clean it and do maintenance he was going to finish it. He didn’t like risking needing it and not having it, even if he had survived for 40 years without it? threats these days were much different than they used to be. He screwed the last part back into place though before he even finished talking, having hurried through it for Mick’s sake and leaving the gun on the table to moving over to where she was on the bed. He kicked his shoes off as slipped into the bed, deciding to leave the rest of his clothes on. If she didn’t want them there she could deal with that herself. For now, Leonard just wrapped his arms around the pyro and settled into the bed.
