general opinion: fall in a hole and die | don’t like them | eh | they’re fine I guess | like them! | love them | actual love of my life hotness level: get away from me | meh | neutral | theoretically hot but not my type | pretty hot | gorgeous! | 10/10 would banghogwarts house: gryffindor | slytherin | ravenclaw | hufflepuffbest quality: his tenacity, for sure. granted it’s the same thing that bites him in the ass but hey, guy just wants to find out the truth about his wife that he murdered and left in the trunk of his car.worst quality: james is one of the most incredibly selfish characters i’ve ever met. i love it but damn dude!ship them with: either mary or maria. i used to ship james/harry back in the day as a joke, though, so sometimes that comes out (thanks ufo ending)!brotp them with: i really like the idea of james stepping up as a father figure to laura, sort of like an atoning of sin type deal. i think james and laura are a lot alike, and could learn a lot from each other if they set aside their differences.needs to stay away from: the pillow. no, seriously. james. stop. this isn’t a game. james, no, don’t--misc. thoughts: james makes me think of a feeling: the sleepy melancholy of a shop clerk ringing up the last of his customers at 11 pm on a thursday.  attempts at small talk are no longer being made, the only sound being that of the beeping of the scanner and the buzz of a flickering fluorescent that no one has bothered to replace, and probably never will. he reminds me of empty convenience stores, of dead air -- something otherworldly and uncomfortable.

i think this is probably why i like the in water ending so much because james seems like such a lonely and depressed individual, even prior to the events of the game. i feel bad for him (and he would probably hate that).

@t-alexia they won't listen lol they never fucking do. So I just wrote a sign and put it up on my door to not touch my stuff and my mom scribbled "lol" on it. Like what a fucking child! how old are you???? Almost 50??? And you wonder why I never talk to you or like you???? Dad is most likely just gonna barge in and be like "you need to do your part blah blah blah" and won't bother to apologize
