Edwin/Charles or Gen — Time Loop
Edwin (alternatively Charles) is trapped in a time loop that starts after the gang saves Becky Aspen and ends when the Baby Doll Spider Demon snatches Edwin to bring him back to Hell.
Edwin (or Charles), with the knowledge of every previous loops, tries his best to avoid this fate and, at the same time, may try to save his friends from hurting so much in some cases.
The problem is that he cannot not save Niko, nor the Devlin family, etc. his conscience won't allow it.
Possible plot twist: when he succeeds in avoiding Hell, the time loops keep going (maybe the cause is that some feelings need to be realized, and Hell is a great incentive 🤭).
I would love some alternating POV, but it's up to the author.
