SNK vs. Capcom: SVC Chaos
SVC Chaos is interesting because some of the character sprites (Choi, Iori, Kim, etc.), are simply ripped from old King of Fighters games, with no apparent alterations. Genjuro and Earthquake also reuse old sprites (albeit from Samurai Shodown), but they've been heavily altered to match SVC Chaos' style.
