unfortunately... i have a feeling you might be right, since there’s no obvious upgrade for him in the previews for upcoming suits

i guess he could end up getting necrom’d but build is just handing out new forms left and right for our main 2 so it does seem pretty suspect that there’s nothing for him... i’ll really genuinely miss him if/when he’s gone :’^)

so glad you enjoy eyeshield. I consider it the best manga ever. the art and the characters are so thoroughly enjoyable I still haven't read anything I've liked better in like, a decade. massive shame that the anime is SO BAD

it really is a masterpiece. it’s been so long that rereading now is like. How did i ever forget this part, it’s so iconic

they really did the series dirty with that anime and it’s fucked! now that we’re living in a world where sports manga can get nice looking adaptations i keep hoping they’ll redo it, but. can’t count on the anime industry for anything good :/
