#Repost @natgeotravel with @repostapp ・・・ Photograph by Michael Yamashita @yamashitaphoto - return to Shangrila, I was here a few years back doing a story for #Natgeo Traveler. #Shangrila comes from the Tibetan word, #Shambala, which also means paradise. James Hiltons 1933 novel, Lost Horizon, and the subsequent Hollywood movie, brought the word into our collective imaginations. Shooting here for the next week. #yunnan #tacheng #tibetanplateau #china @thephotosociety @natgeocreative
