Another Tacospeak inspired taco:

Cola braised shredded pork marinated in lime juice, cilantro, garlic, onion, red pepper, chili powder, and salt. Onion and bell pepper “slaw” tossed in balsamic vinegar. Pineapple salsa, cotija cheese, sour cream, lettuce blend.

Taco Speak is playing really depressing Blink-182 music. I don't think I want to eat here again. Like, legit, it was "I'm Lost Without You" and now it's "All of This". I wanted a fun atmosphere to eat my tacos in, not a throwback to the worst years of high school
