Almost Taco Tuesday, with tostadas! Used @susaliausa taco shells which are really yummy. They fried up very nice, got crisp quickly and didn't fall apart upon eating. Wish I could find them in Southern CA. A friend ordered these tortillas on Amazon which are pricey and you have to buy a large quantity. Tempted to drive to Tijuana to find them but that will be expensive too. Have you tried Susalia? #lessonslearned with the #airfryer May not work with #tacoshell because they are too light and fly around inside. How I make keto taco shells. I use a mini electric skillet. I use aluminum foil as the shape. I use sharp cheddar cheese or Parmesan cheese. Heat up skillet. Put cheese on skillet. Wait until the cheese gets golden brown and that color ceeeps a quarter of the way to the middle. Use tongs to place the cheese on the foil shaped.
