Austin’s heart raced as he walked into a coffee shop. It’d been a few years since he’d been taken back with the army, and now he was living in a small town with a few friends. Civilization had been building itself back up, slowly of course, but there were towns, even a few cities, and plenty of forms of transportation. Austin had searched a long time for the tribe he’d lived with, but after no luck he settled down, met a girl, and continued on with life. But when he’d walked into the coffee shop and spotted Isadara, memories flooded his mind.

“I never said you’re the one who’s got to sneak the alcohol out of the store,” Tiff shrugged. “So technically, you’d still have a slightly cleaner conscience than mine.” // @tae-indie

“This is so fun!” Maxine screamed happily, welcoming the rush of the wind as they sped through the freeway. “Why haven’t we thought of doing this before?” // @tae-indie

Brody gazed over at the other person and flashed them a quick smile. “Do I have something on my face because I have been feeling your stare for the past five minutes?” he asked with a light laugh.

“I’m so not happy about this. It’s 6 in the morning,” Preston stated as a look of irritation hung on his face. “Whatever it is that you need, it better be worth my time or else I’m going to kill you,” he threatened.
