The night her abductors die, Rayelle finds herself running for her life. She doesn’t know where she is, what is following her, where to go. All she knows is she’s not on Earth any longer and the thing chasing her has the capacity to kill.
Tai'qdei never anticipated finding a human when he took the job of tracking and subduing a small contingent of smugglers. It was only when the human attacked and fled fled, Tai'qdei - hopped up on the euphoria of a successful hunt - gave chase, instinct burning at his center.
Will sense return to Tai'qdei before he catches Rayelle? Or will Rayelle be subjected to the yautja’s natural inclinations?
And what happens afterwards?

Rayelle didn't think her life could get any worse after she was kidnapped and then abducted by aliens. When her alien abductors are slaughtered by a black-armored enemy, She believes her luck has soured even further. That doesn't mean she's going to go down without a fight, though.
Tai'dqei never anticipated finding a human when he agreed to tracking and subduing a small group of smugglers. After he completes his mission, he notices another heat signature nearby. Following signature, he finds a human caged in the cargo hold.
Too bad when Tai'dqei frees Rayelle, she flings a cup at his face and runs, which triggers his most carnal of instincts. When sense cleaves through his brain, Tai'dqei realizes something is off with this human and he soon finds out she is not only physically displaced, but temporally misplaced.
The two struggle with misunderstandings, being pursued by enemy aliens, and more in this tale of one woman getting back to her home to her own planet and her own time.
Meant to be a quickie sketch of Rayelle and Tai'dqei.
Forgot how labor intensive his hair is. (It isn't even completed. He's supposed to have black ends. 😖)

Sorry if you've already answered this before, how should I pronounce the Yautja's name in the Unexpected Human Problem? (I did attempt to memorise the spelling but when I tried to write it here I realised I was gonna get it wrong 😅)
It's cool! This is my cross to bear for coming up with complicated names.
Ty-Deh-kay (or "tie decay") or Ty-Duh-kay
The way I say it is kind of bouncy with the "deh" or "duh" bit being really quick. If that makes sense.
I think in the WIP, I accidentally swapped between Tai'dqei and Tai'qdei before realizing and settling on one. lol
