So I just finished watching Boruto ep 218 and I honestly cried the way I do whenever I cry at 3 in the morning because of my issues in life. Yes, that's how heartbreaking the episode was for me.
I already knew what happened to Kurama because I read the manga but tbh, it felt incomplete so I was lowkey hoping we will get more in the anime and voila, they made us cry our hearts out.
In line with this, let me just share my favorite Kurama & Naruto moment.
Naruto Shippuden ep 474
Kurama, you are no longer the demon fox nor just one of the tailed beasts, specifically known as the Kyubi.
In the eyes of Naruto, you're not only his friend but more than his brother too.
Thank you so much for allowing Naruto erase the hate you felt for so many years. I hope one day, you'll see each other again.
