"Is it a ta’veren pull or the Wheel weaving a delicate Pattern that brings Perrin to the Raen's band of Tuatha’an?" Surely they are the same thing, and it's not that ta'veren pull as such anyway. They are key threads in the pattern, so surely it's the wheel weaving a pattern that makes them ta'veren in the first place. Or do you see a difference that I'm missing?
I always interpreted it as being ta’veren they can kinda pull the Pattern to bring them what they need when they need it, whether a band of Tinkers to help them when injured, or Aes Sedai declaring their fidelity to the Dragon Reborn.
But being such significant threads in the Pattern means the Wheel will weave and force them where it needs them, like Mat not being able to leave Rand in Tear, or Rand dreaming of Callandor and being compelled to Tear.
That’s how I see it, but I could always be missing something. I mean it’s RJ’s world, lol.
