Stab stab stabbity stab stab stab. Still Talhoffer, other artist(obviously). I prefer the other stuff, art-wise.
Somehow slightly less terrifying than the last two.
The Death of a Knight. From a mid 15th century manuscript on medieval combat, often portraying judicial combat. First they wrestle, the one with the upper hand gets the helmet off. Then he stabs the now helmetless in the throat. Then we see him being disarmoured. And finally funeral preparation.
"Just going to casually ride by you and slice your shin open. Yep."
