We often talk down to ourself or talk negative or thinking we need to be doing so and so at this time,when yet your doing great your on the path, your putting in the work! Make sure to celebrate all victories big or small! If you did two things on your to do list that’s a victory! If you paid a bill that’s a victory even if it was the minimum!
