Can we talk about tattoos? I'm thinking about getting one but I'm nervous and need help

YES! lets. I just got my first tattoo last month and I love it. It’s very small on my ribcage and it makes me feel really sexy and I like that’s it’s just for me. 

I was really worried about the pain because I got it on one of the most painful places to get it and I don’t know if it was the adrenaline but it really didn’t hurt at all. Eat something beforehand, get tattooed by someone you feel comfortable with, and don’t settle for something you don’t really want. 

what were you thinking of getting? honestly if it’s something you really want and have for a while, you won’t regret it. You’ll probably want more, tbh.

I really want to get matching tattoos on both of my ankles the right side would be a teal ribbon for my mom's ovarian cancer and the left side would be a light blue ribbon for my dad's prostate cancer I don't know if my dad will go for it though, cause he really hates tattoos, and I really would like his approval ugh maybe one day
