We watched this in my Women's Health class. It made me laugh. I really liked what she had to say. I'm not a small person and I think we 'thick' chicks need to be comfortable in our own skin. I know I will never be able to wear a size four much less a size zero. I'm just not built that way and I'm okay with that.
