The Aberration/Hatchling.
A dark AU in which Nagisa and Kayano gets kidnapped and experimented on, 4 years after graduation. Their DNAs were taken and spliced along with a few other organisms’ DNAs, combined together with antimatter.
The result is this cloned chimera with memories of both Nagisa and Kayano. The original Nagisa and Kayano are comatose because of the experiments.
Unsurprisingly, the creature has identity issues.
