Hi! I'm interested in buying you a sailor moon tiara but I checked etsy and shipping is so damn expensive, 40 dollars, is that correct or can it be cheaper?

I fixes it a bit and made the FedEX an option. I’m still new with Etsy ^^mind you, FedEX takes less than a week and normal shipping can take up to the month
