Tarantula

Wanted to show his fur tufts! He has one on each cheek and two on his head. They resemble spider  chelicerae, likely where he got his name from.

Tarantulastar’s den would for sure be in the web area (forest COVERED in webs). He lives in a hole in a tree, but again, covered in webs

I just had the funniest idea

Tarantulastone having the nickname Tulip

It started because Mallowblight's siblings, who he was nursed alongside, had trouble pronouncing tarantula

They could only pronounce the Tula part, and someone (probably Birchflight and Foxfire) commented one day that it sounded like Tulip

Everyone else thought it was hilarious, and despite Tarantulakit's protests, it stuck

So you have this big terrifying cat with a deepass voice and a ton of scars, and then a bunch of other cats come up to him without fear and start calling him Tulip

And he just

Takes it

(Anyone who isn't his family that calls him that gets clawed across the face.)

and imagine hearing about this guy named Tulip who is Smalljump's son (notoriously weak and baby) and you think ah ok so he's a wimp

and then you meet him

Hear me out, hear me out:

Tarantulastone gets a different name. Not Tulip, not Tarantulatulip or Tulipstone or anything like that. No, 

Tarantulastar

And he becomes the first Dark Kit and first cat ever to become leader while in the Dark Forest.

He wouldn’t be able to get nine lives, but perhaps nine leaders can bless him? Or he has a trial to prove himself maybe?

The massive boy!

He gets his father’s fur colours(but darker), and his surrogate mother’s colours of everything else.

Emberdawn’s tall but not so fluffy and is average in muscle (if not a bit more), so he gets both of those from her parents.
