Today (and in fact, this very moment) marks my Neopets account (and Targad on the left) turning twenty years old! That's even older than my DeviantArt account (by three months). Pretty cool. :3 Neopets served as a foundation for me getting into doing character art, so even though I'm pretty busy lately, I wanted to at least do a little something! HAPPY BIRTHDAY, TARGAD! 🎂🦦

This is one of my two Neopets - a Zafara! It's been since April 25th, 2019 since I previously drew him, so I thought he deserved some love and attention. :3

I think the thing that trips me up the most with action poses is how to position the arms, and how to bend the torso secondary to that, so I'm trying to focus on those two areas the most!

This is my first Neopets comic in over 12 years. Yes, the website is still online, and yes, I still enjoy it. As long as you can give yourself some sort of objective to chase (eg. high scores, lots of money, a collection, a strong pet, etc.), then there's something to enjoy.

The gang is up to more shenanigans this year! I think Ryan is becoming a bad influence on some of them. X3 Thanks so much for all the birthday wishes, guys! I'm almost overwhelmed by all the messages I’ve gotten. It's amazing to see such a huge flood of people taking a moment out of their day to wish me well, and it means a lot to me! I feel like I'm in a better spot in my life this year compared to last year, and past years before it. I even feel younger too! I credit a new exercise regimen for that. XD

Finally, the announcement I teased earlier... *drumroll*.... I just finished my very first animatic! :D And it's not Ottermelon! It's something smaller, but still ended up being about four minutes long. I've previewed it to some friends of mine, and it's been well-received so far, including getting two of them to cry! I have to sort out putting the drawings into a video, then sound and music, but I'll hopefully have it posted up in the first week of December!  So you guys will get to see my first ever "animated" story very soon!

Thanks everybody for all the well-wishes and everything for my birthday today! I appreciate it! :D In return, I thought I’d do another birthday drawing in the flavor of last year’s with all my main cast in one place. I feel so happy and comforted seeing people stop by to wish me well today. It really means a lot. I'm busy with some other work right now, but I did my best to put a quick little comic for you all. I imagined my characters putting together a party, with all of you invited, and well... having trouble with dividing up the cake, as you can see. x)

I know some of you have favorites, so for the first time ever I put all my established characters into one picture! Thanks again everyone for all the support you've given me this year. :D

I haven't drawn Targad in a long time, so I figured I'd use him as an outlet after studying posing a little bit more. This was my attempt at drawing a fighting stance for him. I hope you guys like it! =)
