Geoff Senior Appreciation Post (Pt. 1)
I don't know why all the blasting and exploding and (sometimes) dying suprises me so much in the comics. Probably because I'm not actually all that familiar with american comics, so the shock value gimmick still works. Possibly because I'm still expecting kid's show level "everyone survives including the cute helpless animal" plotlines. Hence I document things like "wow holy shit they shot Trailbreaker in the head! >:0" and get endless satisfaction from it.
Marvel UK had a bunch of different pencillers, inkers, and artists, but Geoff Senior is my hands-down favourite. So. Fucking. Clean.
