Ok, question about Humble Defector. Given this a 1v1 matchup, Player A controls him and Aeigis of the Gods, Player A activates Humble Defector, giving control to player B. Player B, on their turn, activates Humble Defector. With player A having hexproof, can they be the legal target to receive Humble Defector? or does player B retain control?
B won’t be able to activate Humble Defector’s ability since there is no legal target that they can choose. B isn’t their own opponent, and they can’t target A who is their only opponent.
