In a tasty bite-sized form, Bacon Cheeseburger Pizza Balls combine the tastes of a classic cheeseburger and pizza. Plus, they're fun to look at and taste great!
Ingredients: 1 pound ground beef. 1/2 cup diced onion. 1/2 cup diced pickles. 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese. 1/2 cup cooked bacon bits. 1 can 16 ounces pizza dough. 1/4 cup pizza sauce. 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese. 1 teaspoon garlic powder. 1 teaspoon onion powder. Salt and pepper to taste. Cooking spray.
Instructions: Turn on your oven and heat it up to 375F 190C. Cook the ground beef in a pan over medium heat until it turns brown. Get rid of extra fat. When the beef is done, add the diced onions and saut them until they become clear. Stir in the bacon bits, diced pickles, and shredded cheddar cheese after taking the pan off the heat. Mix everything together well. The pizza dough should be rolled out into a big rectangle. Next, it should be cut into small squares. Put some of the beef mixture in the middle of each square of dough. To make a ball, fold the dough over the filling and seal the edges. Put the pizza balls on a baking sheet that has cooking spray on it. Put garlic powder and onion powder in a small bowl and mix them together. Spread some of the sauce mixture on top of each pizza ball, and then top with mozzarella cheese. After the oven is hot, bake for 15 to 18 minutes, or until golden brown. Have fun with the Bacon Cheeseburger Pizza Balls while they're still warm.
