i was, but i gave up for various reasons
i have other projects i want to work on (one of them is better and cooler than that could ever be)
i don't think i would have the energy to manage a community, especially when communities like that tend to start fighting each other
i wasn't, and still am not really, good at dealing with negative comments which i would inevitably receive if i were to write a program like that (things like "oh, don't you know bluesky is better?" "you'll never succeed because you don't have enough money" and so on)
i never managed to work out how i wanted to solve the problem of it not being decentralised. my new one solves that :3
