I never do lyrics in posts, it's not really my thing bc music rarely influences me in any way.
But Kira said there was no light anymore, & I found this song that had me sobbing as I prepped for Zale by Taylor Leonhardt.
It felt so fitting…
Good stuff, y'all. I've know this fine young lady since she was nine-years-old. She has matured as a human, as a woman and as a singer-songwriter and it's been a pleasure to watch/hear.
This incredible young woman was one of my kids from church camp many years ago. She just finished her first EP, Little Bird, and is doing a daily songwriting challenge for the month of October. This is my favorite one so far.
