I make gifs in these huge waves. Where for a few days I make tons of gifsets, and then I make nothing for weeks. You can generally tell because at the end of my not making period I have to slap together some nonsense to post and the quality is below ground, ick.

But man. Sometimes I make SO MUCH, and the feeling is SO GOOD that I want to post a gifset RIGHT NOW. But no, I must wait till 8am central time and only 1 or 2 sets a day.

I’ve been wanting to make a post about this subject for a while now, debating it mostly, but then someone asked me a question the other day regarding the subject and it, in the end, gave me the push because it was heartbreaking enough. No one should have to ask someone if they can write their muse with you due to other’s opinions. This will be a post about HINAMORI MOMO and  the events in which she had pointed her sword against Hitsugaya. The majority of hate she receives are from Hitsugaya fans and because of that one mistake.

Firstly, She’s a woman of utmost kindness. Holding nothing but purity in her heart. Traits people will evidently take advantage of and that’s what Aizen did. He saw her, claimed her as his lieutenant, groomed and manipulated her. Of course i can’t expect anyone whose never experienced being manipulated by an older figure to understand, but once you’re immobilized in that cycle, you’re stuck. You become enamored with the person. Infatuated. Wanting to do whatever it takes to help them and make them happy. Did she hurt Hitsugaya along the way? Yes. But keep in mind she didn’t know his feelings for her since he was often dismissive and reserved. she was overly infatuated at that point ;Aizen knew and took advantage of that feeling to the extend he became her focus. It’s honestly disgusting. But anyway.  

Now for the event -- people tend to forget she’s also a LIEUTENANT. She didn’t simply attack Toshiro cause of her feelings for Aizen. It is under her jurisdiction to fight for her captain. RANGIKU would have done the same to MOMO if Hitsugaya was the one who had died and then Momo was the one being accused. Emotions always clouds judgements.  Momo’s mentality was shattered after she found Aizen’s fake body. He was her coping person. The one she worked hard to improve and impress. One night, he’s there, next morning, he’s dead? Imagine that shock. She’s also YOUNG and NAIVE. Moving on, people tend to also dismiss the fact she broke down really hard whilst in the midst of attacking her friend. Crying, shaking. Conflicted. She told Toshiro she didn’t know what to do. It isn’t that she believed the letter or didn’t believe her friend. She was torn n placed in a very difficult situation and position: between her childhood friend and her duties as a lieutenant. She was such a mess, he had to knock her out and she held her sword so hard, her palm bled. She didn’t WANT To hurt Toshiro. He KNEW why she did it and, guess what, he FORGAVE her, after she apologized, cause of it. If he understood and forgave, maybe you should at least try to put yourself in her shoes. Find another reason to hate her -- an abuse victim and survivor.
