TBE RP Week Day #6: Plot you want to do in year 4

The plot I'm most looking forward to in year four started (vaguely) in year three - Dawn's destruction of her brother's life to avenge her father. Dawn is struggling with this, given the fact that she's starting to bond with her brother. I look forward to playing with her vindictiveness and also her lonely desire to have a family again - which is why she's doing this, because to her Rusty took her family from her and is now hurting the only family she still considers that she has - her father. I'm looking forward to really diving into the craziness that is Dawn Huellet.

TBE RP Week Day #4: Plot that you are proud of

I didn't even have to think when I read this one. The plot I'm most proud of is very easy: Kristen's trauma. It has spurred a lot for this character, particularly in the way of personal development. Before getting stuck in her car for several days by a hurricane, Kristen was a lot more confident, almost bordering on fearless. Since the hurricane in September when she almost died, she has more nightmares, more fears, can't drive, can't sleep with the windows closed, and so many other things. It also taught her to really depend on people, primarily her best friend, Susie. She still has a lot of healing to do, something that will take place more in year four. Kristen is probably my strongest character and this is easily my strongest plot this year.

THE BIG EASY RP WEEK 2016 [day seven] ↳ developed plot of someone else’s → evan’s media mishaps (nat)

Ok, I was busy okay? Tad late but it’s here and it’s perfect because the amount of love I have for Evan is infinite. Evan is one of those characters that is fun, engaging, and always a good time. So it’s always difficult to see how things are going to go when they enter into more serious plots where that part of their personality really can’t shine as much. The work Nat did with Evan last summer was well thought out and developed as she placed Evan in such a serious situation that there was no way he could bring humour to it.  He had to battle a good chunk of the world against him, in a situation where it wasn’t innocent until proven guilty but guilty until proven innocent. She played it so well and the aftermath of this plot was subtle but visible in Evan’s characterization. I think my favourite part was that Evan was able to bounce back from such an ordeal, but even though he bounced back he was slightly more mature for it.  A lot of the time when things impact characters it knocks them down for a long time, but it is just as realistic for one to get back up and plough forward with the residual impact operating on the inside.

THIS. WAS. SO. HARD!!! There are a lot of different plots that I completely adore on TBE, but I think one of my favorites would have to be Flynn Walker in his quest to become a firefighter. I just think it's amazing, that for a kid that's had to go through so much hardship to get to the better place he's at, he's going to keep going and do something truly admirable. I think it's great because it really shows the depth of his character, and how he's more than just the trouble he's gotten into, the struggles he's had.  

Flynn is awesome and you all should be proud of him, too. Elle writes him beautifully and you feel like you’re traversing his story right along with him.

TBE RP Week ↳ Best Developed Plot of Someone Else’s

Despite how many amazing plots there are on this site, I knew exactly what I wanted to do the moment I saw this prompt. Peyton’s anxiety. Her PTSD from the hostage crisis, the way she’s coped and developed, the small milestones she celebrates such as going out to eat at a restaurant, the way it effects every part of her life and her relationship with Nate - its beautiful. Ashley writes this topic so amazingly well that I find myself both wanting to cry for Peyton and wanting to cheer her on at every turn. The hostage crisis and all of the ensuing issues for Peyton has changed and developed this character so much and I can’t wait to see what else happens from it.

THE BIG EASY RP WEEK 2016 [day seven] ↳ most developed plot of someone else’s→  prudy’s sobriety ____________________________________________________________ okay prudy is perfection. she has overcome a lot. for prudy to even say that she has been sober for over a year is a big deal. james really doesn’t get any say in any of this because prudy would not even pursue a relationship with him until she hit that mark. i’m kind of so proud of prudy (and by kind of, i mean so proud). she is just one of those characters who should have been doomed from the start. she witnessed her father and her best friend being murdered, and she has an absent mother. the things that have happened to prudy have been unfair  & i will never see it as her fault. she’s had to do a lot of growing up and developing on her own and that isn’t fair either.  there was a incident where her and james broke up when she found out about his past engagement (and sighs lets not talk about that) && she didn’t turn to sex or drugs. like what up. wtg, prudy. i think a year is an accomplishment but for her to make it over a year? that’s an even bigger accomplishment.

↳ most developed plot of yours

Okay, so this may totally seem a little weird, but I think my most developed plot is the story behind Zoe's hair. For her, it's kind of a symbol, you know? It's a symbol of the fact that she can be whoever she wants to be. At first, she pretty much dyed her hair every color of the rainbow. Finally, she settled on purple.

Purple to her is bravery. Purple to her is a promise of being herself. Purple is more than just a favorite color, it's way for her to live her life. I feel like as long as Zoe's hair is purple, it's kinda like she's remaining true to herself. Anything else just isn't who she is, and that's something she struggled with for years, growing up in a family that tried to make her into something that she's not.

Zoe is a little purple haired princess, with eyes set on a hopeful future where can be who she is without apology.
