Felicity?
He knocks on her door. "Are you in there? I haven't seen you around much. Oh, I brought coffee. Not sure if you like coffee...but I do."

(I won't) say i'm in love -Faline (because i ship our babes a little and i just want to see an awkward basil!)
Never Basil would ever identify the current fluttering of his heart and the swirling, light feeling in his stomach as love. Love was for kind people—for people who's words were not a whip and who knew how to keep that under control. Love was for anyone but him, and certainly not for him and Felicity. Felicity! Of all people, it had to be her. There was nothing wrong with it—he enjoyed her company incredibly so—but he looked upon her as a sister figure, not a lover. That was the most confusing part for him. How did those feelings change all of a sudden?Basil spent hours upon hours just pondering the strange feeling that was different than the one he previously had when he set eyes on Felicity. The thought was practically driving the man insane. Finally, after a long night of pondering with tea and muffins, he made up his mind. He would have to tell her. Yeah, it might not be easy but...he had to. Maybe the feeling would go away when the words of rejection from her landed on his ears. Maybe—wait. What if she didn't reject him? This thought came to him suddenly as he caught sight of her. Unfortunately, she caught sight of him too and was now making her way over. He needed to think of something—fast!! To tell the truth or not?"Hello, Felicity," he greeted with a smile that he hoped looked strong and confident although he felt like dying inside. He wasn't going to tell her. He wouldn't. What if it disrupted their friendship? There were too many feelings he would not say. Too many. He wasn't supposed to have feelings, anyway. "Sorry—lost my thought. Hah. Let's go...do something." And with that he walked off, hoping she would follow him but then again, not really.
