Noah because it's a pretty name
In the canon, Noah is as tall as Gwen—even when she’s wearing platform boots. So it’s not surprising to think that, as a girl, she’d be as tall as Gwen, and the character designs for the girls in TD reflect this more in the length of their legs. I used a base to keep her height roughly the same as Priya’s, and to make her as slender as Priya (I was also thinking of using a model like Perla from Steven Universe)
I also like that she has long hair—it adds a little humor and creates a nice contrast with Heather when she was bald.
Noah started working for Chris during Action. Heather then notices that Noah has nice hair—a little messy, but nice. She then starts thinking about cutting it a little—dark thoughts of cutting it all off—but Noah obviously catches on, and in an act of unexpected sisterhood, buys Heather a more-than-decent wig. She says it’s because it’s painful to see her like that, but Heather realizes that’s not entirely true—yet she accepts the gift anyway. In return, Noah takes her to a wardrobe change so she can look the part for her new role (more sketches to come).
Besides, I doubt Heather could have pulled it off—Chris wouldn't be happy to find out about Heather's plans. I mean, it's fine with Courtney; she's having fun. But Noah? Absolutely not!
What can I say? I like the friendship between Heather and Noah. I wish they had been allies in the canon. A little betrayal and some angry friends between seasons, but making up by the end of Action and becoming friends again in World Tour.
The two friends on the same team of villains? OMG, the hamsters are doomed! Forget about Mal—the two girls are taking him out of the game before the night of the full moon.
