Britney Jean is "Stronger Than Yesterday" with Monumental Victory!
It was an emotional and victorious day for Ms. Britney Jean on September 29, 2021. After her court hearing at the Stanley Mosk Court House in Downtown Los Angeles, CA, the "Stronger" songstress was finally freed from the shackles of a controlling, abusive, and manipulative conservatorship orchestrated by the Icon's father, Jamie Spears. After being silenced, forced to work against her will, and stripped of her human and parental rights by her own family, Britney has now been vindicated.
Following this huge feat, the 8x Billboard Music Award winner thanked her self appointed attorney, Matt Rosengart, and her fans who brought change to her doorstep with The #FreeBritney Movement. "I have no words..." Britney tweeted to her almost 57 Million followers on Twitter. She thanked #FreeBritney for their constant resilience and gave credit to the Pink Storm for freeing her from an insidious, cruel, and oppressive conservatorship. The tide has finally turned for Ms. Britney. However, this 13 year silent battle was no easy task.
It all began in 2008. Exhausted from public scrutiny, a failing support system, and Post Partum Depression, Britney's world collapsed when she was forced into a mental health facility. That same year, she was fraudulently placed under a conservatorship by her father Jamie Spears. A reported alcoholic who was released from rehab for his addiction four years prior.
The reason for the conservatorship still baffles her monstrous fan base. It was stated that at the vivacious age of 26, Britney had Dementia. Ironically, the Super Star was able to embark on worldwide tours, perform for hundreds of thousands of dedicated supporter's, and even write and co-produce her own music. In addition to this, Britney released 4 studio albums (two going Platinum), became a judge on the hit UK show The X-Factor, and established a 4 year Las Vegas Residency titled, Britney: Piece of Me, that grossed a whopping $137 Million. As active as the "Slumber Party" singer was, how could she possibly not be in control of her own life? This question led to the birth of The #FreeBritney Movement.
Following a leaked voicemail from an unidentified member on Britney Jean's legal team and another forced hold at a mental health facility, devoted fans packed the streets in front of the West Hollywood City Hall demanding that she be released. It was this pivotal moment that created a way out for Britney.
Fans swarmed social media with hash tags #FreeBritney & #TeamCon and became Private Investigators for the beloved Star. Purchasing court documents with their hard earned money and analyzing court proceedings was just a few of their willful duties. In just a few short years, fans were able to flood the streets in pink and demand justice for the Cherished Actress, Entrepreneur, and Mother of two lovely boys. Despite being labeled as "Conspiracy Theorist" and being tracked down at the request of Britney Jeans conservator, it did not stop #FreeBritney Advocates from shouting out to the world that what was happening to the Princess of Pop was unjust and needed to end. The fight was on and it was evident that the Pink Storm was not backing down. After much ridicule and even being labeled as "a joke" by Britney's own brother, Bryan Spears, who stated that the involuntary and abusive conservatorship was "good for the family," #FreeBritney found a major breakthrough with the release of New York Times: Framing Britney Spears.
In the documentary, fans are taken back to Britney Jean's humble beginnings as a young girl with big dreams and an electrifying voice. Growing up in a small town in Louisiana, Britney was destined for greatness. After her father filed for bankruptcy, Britney shot to Super Stardom with her breakout single, "Baby, One More Time."
Her father was absent most of her life and was described as erratic and verbally abusive by the singer's mother, Lynne Spears. Unfortunately, their 2002 divorce couldn't stop Lynne from idly standing on the side lines as her Ex-Husband hostilely possessed his daughter's lucrative fortune. But, the people want to know, where is Britney's money? Most importantly, where is Jamie Lynne, the younger sister of the Multi-Platinum selling Pop Queen?
Jamie Lynne Spears has been rather silent about her sister's battle for her life. After it was reported that Jamie Lynne became trustee of her sisters funds that were set aside for Britney's two children, fans were outraged. Following much expected backlash, the youngest Jamie took to her Instagram to offer a tearless explanation of her absence. The fans weren't buying it. Or her book that she decided to title "I Must Confess," an obvious lyric taken from Britney's breakout single. It has since been changed but, the damage has already been done.
The tragic story of Britney Jean has sparked a movement like no other and has brought nationwide awareness to conservator and guardianship abuse. Many people wonder, if this could happen to an American Sweetheart like Britney, who else is being silenced, shamed, and coerced into fraudulent and illegal conservatorship's that do no good and cause so much harm?
It has been a 13 year long battle and the fight is still on for Britney Jean. With her father's recent suspension as conservator, fans are eagerly awaiting the details of the extent of Mr. Spears' misdeeds against his eldest daughter. The next court hearing is on November 12, 2021 and it is being predicted that the conservatorship will be terminated just in time for the Heroin's 40th Birthday. As of now, Britney is currently celebrating her freedom with her fiancé, Sam Asghari, and shining brighter than ever on her Instagram page.
We love you Britney Jean and even in your most vulnerable moments, you'll always be Stronger than Yesterday!
