#Repost @hunterlabrada ・・・ This was the last full length posing practice I had with @leelabrada on Wednesday before heading to Dallas and taking the overall at the @europagamesexpo. .. .. In order to be successful as a competitive bodybuilder, you have to treat posing like it is just as important as your training, cardio, and nutrition. I never will understand why people spend 16 weeks killing themselves in the gym, doing stairs til they can't anymore, and strategically starving themselves only to blow off what allows them to present that hard work (posing) until the last minute. .. .. Here's a tip for anyone wanting to compete in bodybuilding or classic physique: Get to the point where you can go through all of your quarter turns and mandatories holding each for 30 seconds while keeping your midsection as tight as possible the entire time 3 times in a row with 30 seconds rest in between. Remember, you're being judged the entire time your on stage, not just when you're actually hitting a pose, so sucking eggs and letting your stomach hang out between poses will cost you! #throwbackthursday #teamlabrada #GASP #nocompromises #evolutionofbodybuilding
