You can actually get shredded without cardio. This isn't a game of eating less and working out more ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 2. Rest days are 100% needed. Silly me thought #teamnorestdays was going to get me their faster. When all that does is hold you back and cause you to become inflamed. A stressed system loves to store fat! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 3. Skinny teas, appetite suppressors are great if your cool with pissing away money, derriere and dehydrating in order to drop 3 pounds then gain it back. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 4. Actually tracking your food in macros (carbs, fats, and protein) is annoying at first but do it anyway it will be worth it and get you faster results in the long run. Stop just counting calories. ⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 5. Hiring a professional who understands nutritional science and has worked with hundreds of clients to get them the results you are after is WORTH EVERY PENNY! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ My middle class mindset allowed me to think I could "do it myself" and sure I could but it took me 3years rather than 3 months. lol ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ This can be a slow time for coaches because we are "in the middle of summer" "you will start in the fall". ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ For me though it doesn't ever really slow down because the people I work with want this to be SUSTAINABLE. MY BADASS WOMEN are serious & want to feel good for a lifetime not just a few months out of the year. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 𝘕𝘰𝘵 𝘴𝘶𝘳𝘦 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘢𝘨𝘳𝘦𝘦, 𝘩𝘰𝘱 𝘰𝘯 𝘢 𝘍𝘙𝘌𝘌 (𝘰𝘯 𝘮𝘦) Wednesday 𝘤𝘢𝘭𝘭 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘫𝘶𝘴𝘵 𝘭𝘪𝘴𝘵𝘦𝘯 𝘪𝘯.
