if u are the anon that asked me abt the little details i noticed in ep 9 this post is for u... tumblr straight up ate the ask but i rewatched ep 9 frame by frame and took extensive notes for u! under the cut cuz this got long and detailed
langdon's phone call w abby. this is our closest glimpse into his marriage too. anyways, when he's on the phone w his family, it immediately cuts to mel afterwards (which sidenote happens when langdon and mel are introduced too “nothing like a challenge every now and then to keep everybody on their toes” then it cuts to mel’s introduction)
Somebody else noticed that during robby’s debrief after the drowning case, mel isn’t the room but she’s seen leaving the room post-debrief. Probably a continuity error but idk (cannot find the og post but if anybody has it lmk so i can link it)
mel looks over at langdon while dana yells at the ppl throwing punches
This one is insane imo cuz it happens multiple times. The show likes to frame mel and langdon using established romances (javadi/mateo and collins/robby, even the married parents of the sleeping boy from the first ep) and this is the first time it happens this ep. so mavadi parallel count: 1

this is also the only ep where langdon calls her doctor king instead of just mel. he does this 3 times in total.
