Do you have recommendations for a womens techwear parka in black?
Depends for what? Certainly my definition of what is techwear ain’t what nowadays hype kids that go to ‘hike’ in local park think it is. Nor all those brands that sell their products for astronomical amount of money and whose potential was never even used 0.01%.
Anyway… Here are some of my favorites from what I had a chance to try and test:
The North Face offers variety of choices for more or less decent money. My choice would be their Dryzzle jacket. Good shape, lightweight, compact, waterproof yet breathable.
Mammut is known for their quality and durability, but knows to be very pricey.
Addidas Terrex and Marmot minimalist rain jackets are good choice for more often and/or every day wear. They have all specs like others ones.. and all at an affordable price .
BlackYak is my all time fave brand when we talk about any tactical/functional wear for women. Created by professional mountaineers, BlackYak offers high quality gear for expeditions as well as the gear for outdoor activities of all kind. When it comes to design, their clothes is unbeatable for me.
