This is Teivel, God of Evil. One of three gods from a story I made up about a city watched over by the three gods. God of Neutral, Eden who shows up each morning. God of Good, Mori who shows up at noon. And Teivel who shows up at night. Teivel destroys the city killing many people, Eden fixes the damaged city, and Mori revives those who deserve to live.
