Even the poor symbiote begging Eddie to move to someplace decent where the kid probably wouldn't have to endure regularly seeing its father on the can or its parents discretely trying to bang under the covers. Note Eddie not touching the subject of providing more food for his family, but fully ready to start the kid on a body building program when ready.

I knew his cheap romance novel cover looks were suspicious. He was too good to be true.

He makes Sym cry, holds its hand, touches Venom’s boob/moob affectionately, then has the gall to hold their baby hostage and fucking tOSS IT (Who throws a baby?? You monster!) And leaves Eddie like this trying to comfort the baby after the symbiote turns itself over to protect it.
