Glad that Tempest Rising is being well received. Was really worried about 3D Realms after Phantom Fury.
So the last chapter of Riptide is almost done! I’m like... excited but a little sad? I’ve been working on this thing for like three months now, so its crazy it’s over.
That being said, my modern AU Xiao/Reader story will be coming soon. I really just couldn’t help myself :x It’ll be called “Tempest Rising” and will be posted about a week after Riptide is over. Here’s a really, really short sneak peek for it!

Tempest Rising
In recent years, real time strategy, once written off by critics as a dead or niche genre, has seen a resurgence. Yet while works like Age of Empires IV and Age of Mythology: Retold have proven that the classics still have a lot of life left in them, high-profile IPs have remained hard to come by. This is where Danish-based Slipgate Ironworks, Polish studio 2B Games and publisher 3D Realms enter the picture, which took it upon themselves to bring their own spin on that formula.
