Fuji visited Tezuka in Germany during the summer season. While strolling at a park, they unknowingly passed by the anthromorphic representations of the  Federal Republic of Germany and the former nation called Prussia.

i drew this together with my other PoT x Hetalia drawing called “Japan Cat meet Eiji Cat.” This was in the other half of the bondpaper I used. I only colored this one though.  

 When I learned that one of Fuji’s cacti is called “Gilbert,” I wanted to make him visit germany and have him and prussia encounter each other one way or another. This also fulfills his plan of visiting Tezuka after graduation. o(^▽^)o
