It’s been a while since I’ve seen a photographer on Model Mayhem that was so utterly terrible and devoid of talent that I felt the need to share it with the world. Thank you Optical_Effects for providing that inspiration.
I am constantly wondering if photographers like this are actually aware of how terrible they are and just in it for the perv factor, or if they actually believe they are creating something good, useful, or artistic. Rest assured that Optical_Effects of Calgary offers no such redeeming qualities.

What is unclear is if the model is intended to pay $400 to the photographer, or if the photographer will be paying the $400 to the model along with an apology for being so shit. That second option is the only one that makes sense, having examined his portfolio. I’m not sure why a model would pay him, but perhaps bad lighting, poor composition, and blurry/out-of-focus images are all the rage these days in Canada.
