TES Memory: The Dark Brotherhood luring you in with "good" contracts. Your first targets consist of a murderer on the lam, a pirate captain who has escaped justice for years, someone who harassed you while you were in prison (with the implication that they are aware you have a history together), a person you actually save instead of kill, someone who is heavily implied to also be a murderer, and an actual warlord. The sole break in this pattern in the early contracts is the one against Baenlin, but they specifically incentivize you to avoid any contact with him. By the time they start asking you to go after more dubious targets, they have already had you perform more than a half dozen jobs for them.
