Androgirl would match with gynoguy, but I really like your suggestion of estroboy! so I think: estroman/guy/boy/ect and testosterlady/girl/ect. since, like how man is associated with a amab body affected by testosterone, estroboy is associated with a amab body affected by estrogen, and testostergirl a afab body affected by testosterone. (note: I mean associated with, not limited to) (2nd note: testrogirl might be a better word, even though the link to "testosterone" is less clear?)
So Testrogirl/woman and Estroboy/man, then? Sounds good, new terms!
