Hello all. I have been dwelling on the idea of "misunderstood", manipulative characters being in relationships (not loki specifically, but characters in general that are like him). I feel like people want characters like this to be with someone who can "change/fix" them. But that feels unrealistic and sometimes makes the character so OOC. So, is there a better way to go about it?
Ohhhh, this is something I love to dip into heheh. My basis is mostly Hibari Kyoya (KHR), but it’s the same idea!
Personally, I like to go about “romance” as “growth and worth”. People and beings get attached to others on a notion of how they make each other feel and how they’ve influenced each other’s lives. No one is invincible in their emotions and insecurities—how hard they are to break through ranges though haha. To me, it’s not a matter of “doting and loving”, but finding worth in the other’s existence as well as finding your OWN with influence from that person. Have them grow from the adversity of their issues and intertwine their lives. Have catalysts and important events both good and bad that make the two remember and think of each other.
Particularly with characters who technically have little to no capacity for “romance”, it’s key to place importance on how influential one another are in their lives and over time. People who have an aversion to relationship-type things need time and gradual whittling away at.
Ooh I like the idea of trevor being protective of his daughter if she had a boyfriend, but now I'm curious as to how he would react if she had a girlfriend?
i definitely think because of how much respect he has for women that he would be more accepting than if she had a boyfriend. i can see him being quite a supportive father in that sense!

I don't like mornings because I hate to wake up early, early afternoons piss me off with the heat and the night hates me and makes all insects to attack me for my blood sooo...
Around...late afternoon? Like 6 pm like that. Because it's a bit chilly here at that time and the skies are at its prettiest with the shades of orange, blue, pinkish violet and all.

Currently Let It Go (especially the Japanese version by May J and Matsu Takako) :D
4. Do you have any pets?
Back at home, yes. A bunch of pet cats (about 7 of them). Here, yes I do have one female cat that I share with the rest of the girls and our wardens.

FROZEN SISTERS I-!!
It's during near-the-end of Do You Wanna Build A Snowman scene and the scene where Anna was completely frozen.

Purikura photo-booths currently. u//////u;;
I know that there's digital technologies nowadays but it takes a lot of space and I prefer having those spaces in my phone filled by songs or videos of biases to fangirl over rather than pictures. Oh, and I don't have a camera...at all. ;; And I don't plan to buy one.
BACK TO THE POINT, yeah, purikura photo-booths are my guilty pleasures at the moment. I even had a useless, meaningless, pointless New Years resolution to find all purikura booths (because there's different styles of those booths) around Malaysia.
There's also cotton candy-scented things, cheap-but-high-quality-cute-clothes-shopping, sleeping-in but purikura photo-booths is the most current one. uwu
7. What is the stupidest thing that ever made you laugh?

OK, it was when I first went to a club (no drinking at all) that I went crazy on the dancing part ;; Needless to say, my dancing beast was unleashed and I drained all the energy I had that night.
8. What are you most afraid of?
Rejection. I actually considered myself as an honest, blunt person but when it comes to things like matters of the heart, I answer them with pessimist answers. Even whenever my friends ask me to call my crush over to hang out, I always say no and come up with an excuse (the most common: he might be busy) with it because I didn't want to get rejected by him.
9. Do you watch a lot of TV?
Since I'm living in a hostel now, nope. The TV doesn't work here and I ain't going to risk sneaking into the boys' just for the TV XD
10. What are you looking forward to in the future?
Not sure XD More college events, I guess. Like Halloween, parties, concerts, cultural nights, talent night and so. OH AND MY BIRTHDAY 8D Can't wait to celebrate it with my college friends c:
