If we are being honest with ourselves, there really are only three words that everyone wants to hear.
Breakfast All Day.
I believe that there is no better cure - for whatever ails you - than an egg sandwich. And it follows that we should not be limited to only a certain time of day when we can order said greatness.
And so, this is a quest to find the greatest egg sandwich in America. And in the process, we will be celebrating the joy, comfort and satisfaction that comes with consuming an egg sandwich — at any time of the day. Of course we’ll celebrate some of the accompanying breakfast foods (breakfast appetizers, as we can call them), brunch beverages and probably a breakfast taco or two. Because you can take the girl out of Texas, but you can’t take Texas out of the girl.
We’ve got a big job to do - someone had to do it - and it’s going to take a small army of us who are willing and committed to consuming some of the best egg sandwiches the world has to offer.
